Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. NEPA Wholesale is a B2B distributor and only sells to verified business customers. You must register and be approved before placing any orders.
How can I create an account?
Creating an account is easy. Just go to the Sign Up page and complete the registration form with your business details. Once submitted, our team will review and verify your information.
What documents are required to create an account?
To create an account, you are required to submit the following documents:
- a valid Resale Certificate
- Tobacco License
- FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number)
- Official Picture ID
How do I update my account information?
- Log in to your NEPA Wholesale account
- Go to your account dashboard
- Click on Edit Profile
From there, you can update your address, contact information, and business details. For assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.
What if I forget my password?
No worries, just click “Reset Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
Why can’t I select/add items to my cart?
If you're unable to add an item to your cart, it’s likely due to missing or expired account documentation.
Please let us know which item you're trying to add so we can investigate. In the meantime, check if any documents on your account need to be updated. If you're unsure what's missing, we’ll gladly walk you through the steps.

Do I need to have a business to purchase from NEPA Wholesale?
Yes. NEPA Wholesale is strictly a B2B platform. We serve verified businesses only. If you operate a retail business, convenience store, or Wholesale Business, we’d be happy to work with you.
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
No minimum order required! You can order exactly what your business needs, whether it’s a small top-up or a large restock.
How will my orders be shipped?
We offer reliable shipping options tailored to your order size:
- Small orders are shipped via UPS.
- Larger orders are delivered using freight carriers to ensure safe and efficient pallet delivery.
Which states are restricted for shipping my Orders?
We do not ship certain product categories (like Cigarettes, Cigars, Tobacco, E-Cigs, and Vape Devices) to the following restricted areas:
Restricted States:
- Colorado (CO)
- California (CA)
- Connecticut (CT)
- Delaware (DE)
- Massachusetts (MA)
- New Jersey (NJ)
- New York (NY)
- Rhode Island (RI)

Restricted City:

If you’re located in any of these areas, a message will display: “We can’t ship this product to your location.”
How do I change my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address during the checkout process:
- At checkout, click “Choose Different Shipping” or “Change My Shipping Address”.
- Enter your new shipping details.
- Click “Save” or “Update” to confirm.

How can I pay for my order?
To keep your first orders smooth and secure, we accept Wire Transfer or Zelle for your initial three purchases.
After your third order, you’ll unlock the ability to pay with a Credit Card or ACH, giving you added flexibility and convenience for future transactions.
