  2. Go to your account dashboard 
  3. Click on Edit Profile 

From there, you can update your information. For assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.  

What if I forget my password? 

No worries, just click “Reset Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.

Why can’t I select/add items to my cart? 

If you're unable to add an item to your cart, it’s likely due to missing or expired account documentation.

Is there a minimum purchase amount? 

No minimum order required! You can order exactly what your business needs, whether it’s a small top-up or a large restock. 

How will my orders be delivered? 

We offer reliable shipping options tailored to your order size:


  • Small orders are shipped via UPS.
  • Larger orders are shipped using freight carriers to ensure safe and efficient pallet delivery.

Which states are restricted for shipping my Orders? 

We do not ship certain products to the following restricted areas:
