Official Terms & Enforcement Policy

The NEPA New Member Rewards (“Promotion”) is available exclusively to approved new NEPA customers and is valid for one-time use on qualifying website orders with a minimum merchandise subtotal of $1,000.00 USD (excluding taxes, shipping, fees, clearance items, and other non-eligible products).

Promotion must be applied at checkout using the issued coupon code and expires fifteen (15) days from issuance unless otherwise stated. This Promotion may not be combined with other discounts, credits, or promotional offers unless expressly authorized by NEPA.

Strict Qualification Requirement

Eligibility for the $100 discount is strictly conditioned upon the customer maintaining a final net merchandise purchase total of at least $1,000.00 after any returns, cancellations, adjustments, credits, or refunds.

If at any time the qualifying order total falls below $1,000.00 for any reason, the Promotion becomes void.

Mandatory Reversal of Discount Upon Return

If returned merchandise reduces the net qualifying purchase below $1,000.00:

• The full $100 promotional discount will be automatically reversed.
• The $100 amount will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.
• NEPA reserves the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly before processing.

Customers acknowledge and agree that the Promotion applies only to qualifying purchases that meet and maintain the required threshold.

Anti-Abuse & Enforcement Clause

NEPA strictly monitors promotional activity. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the Promotion, including but not limited to excessive returns, order splitting, intentional post-discount returns, or other abuse, may result in:

• Immediate reversal of the promotional discount
• Cancellation of remaining refunds
• Revocation of promotional eligibility
• Suspension or termination of the customer account
• Refusal of future service at NEPA’s discretion

NEPA reserves sole and absolute discretion in determining promotional abuse or misuse.

Refund Method & Discretion

All refunds related to promotional orders are subject to NEPA’s standard return policy. NEPA reserves the right to:

• Issue refunds as store credit
• Deduct promotional discounts from refunds
• Offset refund amounts against outstanding balances

Store credit, where issued, is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Chargeback Protection Clause

By redeeming this Promotion, the customer expressly agrees that reversal of the promotional discount due to failure to maintain qualifying purchase thresholds does not constitute an unauthorized charge or billing error.

Customers waive the right to dispute promotional reversals that are processed in accordance with these Terms.

Final Authority

NEPA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice. All decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, refunds, and enforcement shall be final.
